Raised in Central New Jersey, Caroline developed a strong appreciation for community and service early on. After attending the University of Delaware, she relocated to western North Carolina to be closer to family.
Caroline brings several years of experience in restaurant and retail management, where she developed strong organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
In her role at Cano Wealth Strategies, Caroline manages client data and requests with accuracy and attention to detail, helping ensure a seamless client experience. Her responsibilities include sales support, marketing initiatives, and administrative coordination, working closely with Michael, Katie, and Raymond James to support the teams day-to-day operations. She plays an important role in handling client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized client records.
Known for her strong communication skills and client-focused approach, Caroline provides exceptional support while contributing to the firm’s mission of helping clients pursue financial clarity and confidence. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships and helping families feel supported and cared for throughout every stage of their financial journey.
In her free time, Caroline enjoys hiking in the mountains of western North Carolina, watching early 2000s rom-coms, and spending time with her cat, Astro.
